Saxophonist Jeremy Long regularly performs with leading artists and orchestras in jazz, classical, and popular music. He is currently a soloist with multiple Grammy and Oscar winning film composer A. R. Rahman’s world-touring ensemble, with which he has performed around the world for audiences of 40,000. Long has toured internationally with the Cincinnati Symphony Orchestra, performing in many of the famed concert halls across Japan including Suntory Hall. He has also performed in concert with Ray Charles, Pittsburgh Symphony and Pops Orchestras, John Adams, Cincinnati Pops, Michael Feinstein, Chaka Khan, Cincinnati Chamber Orchestra, New York Voices, Cincinnati Opera, Temptations, and the Manhattan Transfer. He is Assistant Professor of Saxophone at Miami University (Ohio) and a Performing Artist for Rico Reeds. His debut solo recording is available on innova Recordings as of May, 2012.
