Saxophone Repair Topic: (Questionable) Method to straighten Early Selmer Bell-to-body Brace

Saxophone repairman Matt Stohrer of http://www.StohrerMusic.com obviously just decided to turn the camera on at the last second in this latest and not-so-greatest installment of Saxophone Repair Topic, speaking semi-coherently about a little trick he literally just came up with. But it worked out well! If you’ve got an old Selmer with the beautiful but delicate old-style bell-to-body brace and the bell has been pushed in, this somewhat simple homemade tool and method might help you out!
