Trailer for ‘HOCKNEY’ – Preview at The London Film Festival on October 9th, opening in cinemas November 28th.
Following the success of ‘Lucian Freud – Painted Life’ (Ivor Novello and RTS Awards for ‘Best Score’) John Harle’s new soundtrack for Randall Wright’s intimate and moving documentary about the great British artist David Hockney evokes the louche jazz-inflected sounds of London and Los Angeles in the 60’s to contemporary sound-design for the epic theatre of The Grand Canyon.
Music features John Harle (Saxophone/Clarinet), John Parricelli (Guitars), Steve Lodder (Piano), Alex Balanescu (Violin) Aidan Sheppard (Accordion) and Hugh Wilkinson (Drums and Percussion).
Soundtrack album to be released on SOSPIRO NOIR on November 25th.
